All projects are delivered based on the scope we agree together. Please make sure any requirements, access details, or references you provide are accurate.

Any work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote.

Pricing & payment

Prices will be agreed before work begins. Payment may be required upfront or in stages depending on the project size.

Invoices are payable within the agreed timeframe.

Timelines

Estimated delivery times will be provided where possible. These are best estimates and may change if requirements evolve.

Feedback & changes

You’ll have opportunities to review work during the project. Significant changes after approval may affect cost and delivery dates.

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise, code and systems developed remain the property of Abstract AI until full payment is received.

Once paid, you are free to use the delivered work for your business.

Confidentiality

Any business or technical information you share will be treated as confidential and only used to deliver your project.

Liability

Abstract AI is not responsible for how delivered software is used. You are responsible for ensuring it meets your business and compliance needs.

Cancellations

If a project is cancelled after work has started, you may still be charged for time already spent.
